The Housestaff Well - Being Program is centered on the state of balance between lifestyle, emotional health,and professional responsibilities. Well-being is achieved when the resident physician functions optimally in an ever-changing internal and external environment. UC Irvine is committed to providing opportunities for resident physicians to work toward a state of balance in their life. The Housestaff Well - Being Program includes workshops, remedial assistance, referral services and prevention programs.
