International Health Opportunities
UC Irvine medical students have opportunities to participate in a variety of international learning experiences, both curricular and extracurricular.
During the summers, many UC Irvine medical students learn more about international health by spending time in other countries. Some complete formal international programs while others participate in less formal learning experiences abroad.
Selected medical schools also offer experiences to students from other schools, including:
- Brown University
- Christian Medical College, Vellore, India
- University of Arizona
- University of Pennsylvania
